Family law is my passion because it allows me to support families during challenging times, always prioritizing the best interests of the children. I believe it’s essential to minimize disputes between couples and help them understand that even when spouses separate, the family remains a family.
Our firm stands out in Israel because we offer personalized attention and truly understand the unique challenges faced by the English-speaking community here. Hi, I’m Sun Bergman, an attorney at Hait Family Law
With a strong legal foundation and a deep understanding of human dynamics, I approach family law with both clarity and care. I understand how overwhelming and personal family law matters can be, and
I believe that legal strategy must go hand in hand with emotional awareness—especially during times of uncertainty and transition. My role is not only to advocate firmly for my clients’ rights, but also to truly listen, help them feel understood, and guide them toward informed and balanced decisions.
I’m committed to providing thoughtful, precise, and reliable legal guidance, while remaining attentive to the people and stories behind every case.
I am Elad Hedvat, an attorney holding a Bachelor's degree in Law and a member of the Israel Bar Association
Throughout my career, I have become a certified mediator and obtained certification to prepare Continuing Power of Attorney from the Ministry of Justice and the Administrator General. I have undergone extensive training and specialization in family law and currently serve as a member of the Intergenerational Transfer and Family Wealth Management Committee at the Israel Bar Association.
My professional journey in family law began almost by chance but quickly evolved into a true calling. Through my work with the Legal Aid Bureau, I had the privilege of providing crucial legal assistance to a diverse range of populations, including individuals with limited means, the elderly, and those with special needs. After an extended period, I participated in a specialized course conducted by the Ministry of Justice and the Legal Aid Bureau, which equipped me to handle and make legal information accessible to special populations, deepening my commitment to the field.
I view my work in family law as more than a career – it’s a mission. I bring to my practice not only my extensive professional knowledge but also a genuine passion and deep commitment to assisting my clients during challenging periods in their lives. I love the field of family law, feel deeply connected to it, and experience a great sense of purpose in my work in this area.
Through an empathetic and professional approach, I aim to guide my clients through the legal complexities of family law, ensuring their rights and well-being are protected
Hi everybody, I'm Sivan Frisher, and I'm an attorney at Hait Family Law

Family law isn’t just about legalities; it’s about understanding the emotional and familial complexities and ensuring that what’s left after the storm is meaningful.
In divorce, vulnerability is inevitable. My mission is to offer the support and clarity clients need during these difficult times. Strength is crucial in divorce proceedings; it allows you to change dynamics and choose the best path forward.

Hello, I am Yafit Nahari, a family lawyer for 16 years
I chose to be an attorney at the offices of Hait Family Law because it gave me the opportunity to do what I see as life-saving work and to be part of a true mission.
Our firm stands out in the Israeli market due to its professionalism and human touch alongside a wealth of extensive experience. I believe our office is more suitable than most other law firms because it operates with purpose, and is staffed by the most experienced and professional lawyers.
Something interesting about me is that I observe Torah and mitzvot, and I love to volunteer and assist families in distress.
I look forward to helping you with your family law matters with care and expertise.
Hi! I'm Anat Baruch Hait, Couples' Counselor and Mediator and partner at the firm.
As a mediator for many years, I have seen numerous couples divorce simply because, when problems arose, they did not stop the downward spiral and seek couples counseling together. Because I strongly believe in marriage and the power of a strong relationship, I have brought the couples’ counseling tools into our firm. With the knowledge I have gained as a mediator, an NLP master, and a couples’ counselor, I have developed a divorce process that allows couples to heal during the divorce, which will help maintain their relationship even after the divorce.
My motto is that even if their parents are separated, children will have two parents who live in different homes.
The tools I have acquired throughout my life are passed on through workshops to our firm’s team, so we can all be sensitive and empathetic to the process our clients are going through.
